This refund policy is for dropshippers using Plum Cot
Please take time to read the policies properly.
IF YOU DO NOT OPEN ALL DISPUTES ON Plum Cot, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCKED PERMANENTLY.
To expedite the resolution of disputes, kindly supply:
- Images or recordings demonstrating damaged item. Upload a video if pictures won't do.
- A screen grab of the email or dispute complaint that includes the name, time, and content.
- If the Dispute Team requests it, return the goods to Plum Cot.
With the exception of significant interpretations, we will refund, resend, or accept returns in the circumstances mentioned-
Orders Delayed
Orders that have not been tracked for 60 days after leaving the Plum Cot warehouse are in transit, pending, or have expired. The following countries and shipping methods can be different:
- USA: 45 days
- Brazil: 110 days (strict customs)
- Plum Cot will address disputes regarding delayed orders 100 days from the date of departure from our warehouses.
- Special shipping methods: No dispute handling.
Note—Orders may be pending at the nearest post office due to issues like insufficient addresses or unclaimed packages. Customers should contact or visit the local post office. In Israel, packages are delivered to self-pick-up cabinets, causing delays. In such cases, we will verify delivery claims, but this can take 1-2 months and has no guaranteed positive outcome.
Orders not Received
Plum Cot will not refund or resend if tracking shows delivery.
- Non-delivery certification with an official seal is required.
- Tracking alert reasons include:
- a) Incorrect/insufficient address.
- b) No such number.
- c) Unknown recipient.
- d) Refused.
- e) Wait to pick up in time.
- f) No safe delivery location.
- g) Uncleared customs.
- h) Others.
Note: If the local distributor makes 1-3 delivery attempts but the package remains unclaimed, it will be stored at the local post office for 3-7 days before being returned to the sender. If returned, we take no responsibility for lost products. Returns to China will be added to your inventory without a refund. Plum Cot cannot refund or resend undelivered or destroyed packages.
Products Damaged
We provide a complete refund or replacement for severely damaged packages and a partial refund or replacement for partially damaged packages (excluding minor faults such as threads, wrinkles, or small scratches). A refund is strongly advised for fragile products. No reimbursements are issued for damaged packing boxes. Complaints about electronic devices must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. If you use our quality inspection service, they will reimburse the product cost; otherwise, they will not accept responsibility.
Incorrect or Missing Products
Plum Cot implements rigorous quality control processes prior to dispatch. We offer full refunds or replacements for incorrectly ordered merchandise. Regarding products with minor faults, such as incorrect color or size, we offer refunds or resends upon receipt of a screenshot of the client's complaint with specifics. Missing pieces require partial refunds or resends depending on their impact on functionality. Accessories are resent if they need to be included. Measuring size differences speed up dispute settlement.
Orders Cancellation
We provide a complete refund for order cancellations prior to the products being processed by warehouses.
- Once payment is made, customized POD orders cannot be canceled.
- Once payment is made, pre order inventory orders cannot be canceled since they are special products exclusively available for you.
- After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled as Plum Cot has already planned and prepared them specifically for you.

Important Interpretation
Dispute Opening Deadline: If the order status is closed, you cannot initiate a dispute. Furthermore, disagreements cannot be settled if tracking information from a third party is untraceable.
Force Majeure: Plum Cot is not responsible for product damage or shipment delays caused by force majeure events such as epidemics, international tensions, strikes, conflicts, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snow, or customs inspections. However, we will notify clients via various communication channels.
Shipping Method Restrictions: Certain shipping methods lack tracking capabilities in specific regions. We identify these methods in advance and will not entertain disputes when customers opt for them in designated countries.
Note: When choosing certain shipping methods, the remote addresses will be charged additional cost.
Destination Restrictions: Due to limited international transportation, we will not address disputes for orders shipped to specified countries.
Returns: Products can only be returned to Plum Cot China warehouses, although this is not recommended due to high international shipping costs and potential losses or damages during transit. Customers wishing to return products must adhere to specific guidelines and timeframes.

- Please return the products within 30 days of receiving them.
Service Products.
Service products apply to the following interpretation.
- Plum Cot may not refund the cost of the product in any dispute arising from damaged products or shipping delays.
- Plum Cot may only accept disputes arising from good quality as we are not the supplier.
- For service products without our quality checking inspection, we may not accept the disputes.
Unacceptable Disputes
Plum Cot categorically rejects unreasonable disputes, including those in which the buyer dislikes the product, the product description is inaccurate, the product emits an unusual odor, incorrect items or SKUs were ordered, shipping addresses were provided incorrectly, product differences were pre-negotiated, tracking information was deleted, or packages were returned due to the consignee's failure to comply with customs clearance regulations.
